Our Services

What is Herbal Medicine?

Our Services

At Old River Farm Herbs & Healing, we embrace a holistic approach to health that considers the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

An initial consultation usually lasts around an hour, and involves a comprehensive medical history, including your current complaints, family history, diet, and lifestyle. Following the assessment, an individual treatment plan is developed, that usually includes a herbal prescription, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments.

Follow up appointments can be booked to track progress and amend the treatment plan as the individual goes through their healing journey and returns to vibrant health.

Consultations are available in-person in King's Lynn, Norfolk, and also on-line. Please get in touch using the contact details below.

The greatest wealth is health.

Testimonials

'I have been having treatment from Cathy for several months in order to improve the quality  of my life. I am thrilled to be able to say that she has been successful in doing just that. She is extremely knowledgeable about herbs and treatments and explains them in a way that is easy to understand. She is very helpful and kind and I always look forward to seeing her to continue my treatment and to gain more knowledge on herbal medicine.'

Mrs D. Johnson

' I have visited the clinic on one occasion so far for support with my peri-menopause. Cathy greeted my son and I with warmth, patience and a keenness to really understand my symptoms. Cathy made me feel safe to share information about my health and emotional wellbeing and that is a gift as it was our first meeting. Cathy has continued to offer me support and guidance via email, which is much appreciated. I can't wait for the herbs to gift me with some healing.'
